Nail Polish

Taking The Risk Of Stains!

To polish or not to polish is not a question to ponder when red polish has stained the nails. It can leave the nails an orangey color which means constant polishing to be done. Black nail polish for some reason helps with that but red can be hard to resist like Gypsy Red by Cover Girl which is an awesome color. Be warned that if red finds its way onto your nails you'll find yourself needing to keep them polished. After all who wants to go around with orangey looking nails. Maybe a product will turn up to prevent the stainage which would be handy since it can be a pain.

Unfortunately black isn't available in all the brands of polish out there. Wet N Wild was my polish of choice until they changed it. It wasn't so new and improved. Yes it has a wet look which is great. Not so much with the improvement except for the shine part. The changes made led to more easier on the chipping. It stayed on better before but now you can find chippage the same day or by the next day. So it's a search for a new source of black polish but I'm thinking Sally Hansen is the winner because it works good. Glittery polish can help somewhat to delay the chip annoyance.

Sally Hansen is the winner because it now has black as long as the stores continue to carry it. Target has it which I found out by chance. Another bummer is this silver polish which has the same problem but looks great but doesn't stay on like it should. Once again Wet N Wild isn't living up to what I've come to expect over the years of using their products. To spice things up have on hand one color and the other a different one. Also every other finger so why be like everyone else. You don't have to pay to get your nails done when you can do it yourself and save money.

If you can stand to you can also put two colors on one nail or draw things. That requires a person to be patient to draw things like flowers as well as artistic skill. So it is up to the individual and their imagination. It might take a little more effort when it comes to scrubbing the polish off so think before you paint. So have fun with your nails and if you want to treat your toenails to some of the same treatment unless you are a chronic sneaker wearer which would make it a bit pointless.
